Honestly I thought last night was going to be an epic disaster. Everything that could possibly go wrong did. I mean everything. For the past 2 days I have just not been able to get it together. So I released it and moved on with my life. 

I am so grateful for Kirsten, Jake and Will, who Karaoke-Improv'd with me last night. They were patient, kind, encouraging, calming and most of all HILARIOUS! The crowd was small, but it was perfect for a first run of this new format of Improv. I consider it a huge sucess, due mostly to the quality of work produced. Many know how high my standards are and I think we mosty hit the nail on the head. We got great audience feedback and I think with the proper planing and marketing this could easily snowball into something good. 

Also I've learned the secret to having a successful performing arts space: run a strip club downstairs!
